📱 Check your email for your TestFlight inviteYou'll receive an email from Apple with a TestFlight invitation link. Open that email on your iPhone and tap View in TestFlight. If you don't have TestFlight installed, you'll be prompted to download it from the App Store first — it's free.
Once inside TestFlight, tap Install next to Daydreams Books. The app will appear on your home screen like any other app.
Yes — creating an account is free and only takes a minute. You'll sign up with your email or phone number and verify with a quick one-time code. No payment info required.
Yes! During sign-up (and any time after from your profile) you can import a CSV export from Goodreads or StoryGraph. It brings over your shelves, reading dates, ratings, and reviews.
To export from Goodreads: go to My Books → Import and Export → Export Library.
To export from StoryGraph: go to Profile → Import/Export → Export Your Data.
It means the app is real and usable, but not finished. You may encounter bugs, rough edges, or features that are incomplete or missing. Things will change week to week as we ship updates.
We picked you because we trust your feedback — don't be shy about telling us what's broken or what feels off.
We're aiming for a few weeks of closed beta before opening up more broadly. We'll keep you in the loop as things progress. TestFlight builds expire after 90 days but we'll push updates well before then.
Yes. Your account, library, and reading progress are stored on our servers — not just on your device. When the app launches publicly, everything you've added during beta will still be there.
In the unlikely event we need to reset data during beta, we'll warn you first.
The easiest way is to email us at help@daydreamsworkspace.org. Just describe what happened and what you expected — screenshots are always helpful.
You can also use the built-in TestFlight feedback button (shake your device or hold two fingers on the screen) to send a screenshot with annotations directly to us.

Yes. Beta or not, we treat your data the same way we will at launch — passwords are hashed, all traffic is encrypted over HTTPS, and we don't sell or share your information. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Email us at help@daydreamsworkspace.org and we'll delete your account and all associated data within 30 days. No questions asked.

Daydreams Workspace ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Daydreams Books mobile application (the "App"). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
We collect information you provide directly when you create an account or use the App:

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your reading data to serve advertisements.
We share data only with the services necessary to operate the App:
All third-party providers are contractually required to protect your data and use it only to provide services to us.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing help@daydreamsworkspace.org. We will action deletion requests within 30 days.
Passwords are hashed using bcrypt and never stored in plaintext. All data is transmitted over HTTPS. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, though no system is completely secure.
The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete the personal data we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at help@daydreamsworkspace.org.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the App or by email. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
